We have developed a number of tools with which our stonewool plugs can be processed even more efficiently. We also offer various packages for the further handling of our trays.
Prikker
With the “Prikker” you can effortlessly puncture an entire tray in one go. This not only saves time, but worn plugs are also a thing of the past. For the best results, immerse the tray in water until the plugs no longer absorb any water.
Prikker P60
Suitable for our trays with 60 plugs of 38 mm. Equipped with our heavier v2.0 springs.
Prikker P84
Suitable for our trays with 84 plugs of 34 mm. Equipped with our heavier v2.0 springs.
Prikker P104
Suitable for our trays with 104 plugs of 28 mm. Equipped with our heavier v2.0 springs.
Prikker P126
Suitable for our trays with 126 plugs of 25 mm. Equipped with our heavier v2.0 springs.
Drukplaat
The “Drukplaat” makes it easier to remove the plugs from the tray after processing. By pressing the tray onto the drukplaat, the plugs come up by +/- 2 cm. After this the plugs can be picked up without difficulty.
